Disappointed in the rice, which is basic basmati rice, or basic brown rice, but nothing to do with asian rice, tasting so much better. Besides that, the bowl is really delicious !

The quality and quantity was sound. I appreciate the possibility of chosing ingredients for those who are allergic to soy, despite being more expensive than the fixed options. The variety and quality of the ingredients was positive. Tasty salmon.
