Accessibility statement
Wedely is committed to making its website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the e-commerce services offered on wedely.com and through the Wedely app, under the Luxembourg law of 8 March 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). The technical standard applied is EN 301 549, corresponding to the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
Conformance status
The service is partially conformant with EN 301 549: a full assessment is under way and non-conformities are being corrected progressively. The following limitations are currently known: some pages do not declare the language of the content; some form fields do not have a visible label; the colour contrast of some elements has not yet been fully verified; the accessibility of the mobile application is being assessed. Fixes are planned and released with the regular updates of the service.
Feedback and requests
If you have difficulty using the website or the app, or if you need content in an alternative format, please contact us and we will reply within a reasonable time. Every report helps us improve the service.
Enforcement procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory reply to your report, you may contact the Luxembourg authority responsible for monitoring the accessibility of products and services (OSAPS), at the Ministère de la Famille, des Solidarités, du Vivre ensemble et de l'Accueil.
