C’était bon, mais malheureusement pas ce que j’ai commandé. J’ai commandé des orechiette et j’ai reçu de très grosses pâtes, pas idéal avec les cime di rape…

Pinsa was pretty good, I loved the crusty crust. I also liked the fact that it was about the size of 1/2 normal pizza, and therefore manageable. Parma Melone Mozza had oodles of parma ham and mozzarella and tomato and not a single piece of melon, so that was a bit of a disappointment. All in all though, will probably order again from that resto.
